1 - APPLICATION DOMAIN
The present general terms of sale govern all relationship concluded by the orders between company LUDIBAY and the author from the order.
The customer states to have taken knowledge of the following provisions before placing order of the articles of this site. While choosing to buy products at LUDIBAY, the customer accepts the terms stated expressly hereafter.
2 - PRODUCTS
The products available on this site are boardgames, Role playing games, Collecting and trading crads, wargames, poker game, puzzle, figurines...
2' - USED PRODUCTS
We also are selling a few used games (marked by ** in title). All our games are new and still in shrink, except for the games marked by ** in title. With regard to the used games, the condition of the game is defined in description. By validating your order, you admit having taken knowledge of the condition of the play. You can ask for a more detailed picture of the game you wish to order by making sending us an email.
The products whose title is followed of ** are goods known as "used games" and the VAT is not recoverable. The VAT of these products does not appear on the invoices
3 - ORDER
To validate an order, the customer must be identified on the site. With this intention, it must fill the form placed at the disposal or it will have to enter there its coordinates. Once registered or identified, the customer will be able to validate his order while clicking on the button " To finish the order". When you to click on this button, you state to accept fully and without reserve entirety of these General terms of sale.
A summary of the order is then e-mailed to the purchaser.
4 - AVAILABILITY
Generally, the items presented on this site are available. However, the errors of stock, the orders simultaneous or the deteriorated products do not enable us to guarantee the availability of the products. The products are thus offered within the limit of stocks available. You can ask for by email the availability of a product before validating your order. 5 - PRICE AND PAYMENT
The prices are indicated in Euros including all taxes, except carriage and treatment costs of the order for customers living in France and Country from European Union.
The prices are indicated in Euros without VAT for Customers from Country outside European Union and Switzerland. In the event of modification of the prices, we commit ourselves applying the prices established at the time of the order.
The payment can be carried out by check, bank transfer, secured payment by credit card or PayPal.
We also have a bank account in Belgium, which can facilitate the purchases of the customers coming from Belgium. If you are resident Belgian and that you wish to pay by bank transfer, you can ask us for the account in the comment, it will be transmitted to you as soon as possible.
The treatment of the order will be done after integral payment of the order.
6 - DELIVERIES AND PRICES
The products are delivered in only once to the address given by the customer on the site and will be recalled by email at the same time as the reminder of order.
The amount of the carriage costs for only one little game is of 2,30 Euros for France.
The amount of the carriage costs for a play a little larger (style Citadels) or two little games is of 3,00 Euros for France.
For all the remainder, the amount of the carriage costs is equal to 6 Euros for France.
The carriage costs are free for any order higher than 60 Euros in France.
The carriage costs are 10 Euros for Belgium and free starting from 100 Euros of purchase.
The carriage costs for Switzerland and the European Community are of 8 Euros and free starting from 150 Euros of purchase.

The parcels are sent in colissimo the day of the order or the following day and a tracking number is e-mailed at the same time. The time of reception of your order is from 48 to 72 heureus after forwarding of the order (given as an indication and for France only, except possible delay of the post office). by email at the time of the sending.
The parcels of a weight lower than 2Kg dispatched in Europe are sent without tracking number.

Ludibay cannot be held responsible for any delay caused by the post office and independent of the will of Ludibay.
7 - RIGHT OF RETRACTATION
Under the terms of the L121-16 article of the Code of consumption, the customer has a seven clear days deadline as from the delivery of his order to turn over products to Ludibay for exchange or refunding. The expenses of return will be then the responsibility of the customer.
In the event of missing parts, contact us initially but do not return the game without having an answer from us.
The turned over, damaged, damaged incomplete articles or dirtied by the customer are not shown.
