1 - SHIPPING
The products are delivered in only once to the address given by the customer on the site and will be recalled by email at the same time as the reminder of order.
The parcels are sent in colissimo the day of the order or the following day and a tracking number is e-mailed at the same time. The time of reception of your order is from 48 to 72 heureus after forwarding of the order (given as an indication and for France only, except possible delay of the post office). by email at the time of the sending.
The parcels of a weight lower than 2Kg dispatched in Europe are sent without tracking number.
Ludibay cannot be held responsible for any delay caused by the post office and independent of the will of Ludibay.
2 - SHIPPING COSTS
The amount of the carriage costs for only one little game is of 2,30 Euros for France.
The amount of the carriage costs for a play a little larger (style Citadels) or two little games is of 3,00 Euros for France.
For all the remainder, the amount of the carriage costs is equal to 6 Euros for France.
The carriage costs are free for any order higher than 60 Euros in France.
The carriage costs for Belgium are of 6 Euros and free starting from 100 Euros of purchase.
The carriage costs for Switzerland and the European Country bellow are of 10 Euros and free starting from 150 Euros of purchase.

4 - RETURNS
Under the terms of the L121-16 article of the Code of consumption, the customer has a seven clear days deadline as from the delivery of his order to turn over products to Ludibay for exchange or refunding. The expenses of return will be then the responsibility of the customer.
